The SSAI Institute of Technology (SSAI University) is officially inviting applications for the 2026-2027 academic year. Known for its “Integral Education” model that balances high-level technical expertise with human values, the Institute offers a merit-based, open admissions policy for students across all levels of higher education.
Whether you are finishing high school, in your golden years, an independent researcher looking for validation, a student rejected by other master’s programs, or someone from a socioeconomically disadvantaged group without access to higher education—perhaps facing learning challenges, having been labeled as someone who would never accomplish anything in life, or simply seeking to advance your research career—SSAI University (SSAI Institute of Technology) offers an open, tuition-free, no-fees pathway to your future. The current enrollment window provides a pathway into one of the most distinctive academic environments in the country.
The “Geo-Global” Residency & Online Model
SSAI programs maintain a Compulsory Online Character combined with a Strict Regional Residency Policy. This ensures that while the delivery is digital, the impact remains local. Our programs are designed to build strong educational foundations within specific regions.
Regional Residency: Admitted students must reside within the country or region of their admittance. The course cannot be completed from a different geo-global region without express written approval (excluding brief vocational travel).
Compulsory Online Character: All coursework is delivered via advanced digital platforms.
- In-Country Commitment: All admitted students must reside within the country or region where they were accepted. This is vital to the “Integral Education” experience, fostering regional development before the program expands further.
- Travel Restrictions: The course cannot be completed from a different geo-global region without express written approval.
- Note: Short-term vocational travel is permitted; students may submit assignments from outside their country of residence during brief, approved trips.
Academic Levels & Eligibility
SSAI Institute of Technology nor SSAI University requires standardized entrance testing for admission. SSAI is a global university and does not require standardized entrance testing (such as CAT, CMAT, or GRE) unless specifically mandated by local regional regulations. As a global university, we only observe specific local regulatory requirements if mandated by a particular country or region.
GPA & Acceptance Standards
To maintain academic excellence while remaining inclusive, we observe the following GPA standards:
- Inclusive Admissions: Students with a lower GPA due to a Cognitive Challenge will be admitted as regular students. SSAI is committed to your success; these students will be provided with dedicated academic work plans and mentorship from both human and virtual advisors.
- Automatic Acceptance: Candidates with a GPA of 3.5 or higher on their transcripts receive automatic acceptance.
- Standard Eligibility: A minimum GPA of 2.5 is generally required.
- Review Process: If a GPA is lower than 2.5, the applicant must provide a written justification for the Admissions Committee to evaluate.
Program-Specific Requirements
- Undergraduate: Completion of 10+2 (or equivalent).
- Graduate (Masters/MBA/MCA): A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Professional Waiver: Entrance requirements are waived for those who already hold an MBA and possess verifiable field experience.
- Doctoral (Ph.D.): A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline and a successful technical interview.
Undergraduate Programs: Building the Foundation
The undergraduate curriculum at SSAI is now fully aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, offering four-year “Honors with Research” degrees.
- Key Disciplines: Computer Science & AI, Biotechnology, Mathematical Sciences, and Engineering (CSE, EEE, ME, Civil).
- Eligibility: Candidates must have completed their 10+2 (or equivalent) with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM). A minimum of 45% in qualifying exams is typically required.
- Admissions Path: Entry is based on merit. (see: GPA & Acceptance Standards or email registration@ssai.institute)
Graduate Candidates: Masters & Professional Excellence
The Graduate School is designed for students looking to specialize in emerging technologies and leadership.

- Professional Streams: MBA and MCA programs are available for those transitioning into management or advanced software development.
- Eligibility: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum GPA of 3.5. Professional courses like the MBA often require scores from national tests such as CAT, CMAT, or XAT are neither needed or required. Verifiable Masters Degree, and CV that stablishes professional expertise, will be sufficient for admission. For more information contact registration@ssai.institute.
Doctoral Candidates: Leading Global Research
The Doctoral (Ph.D.) program is the pinnacle of our “Gurukula” system, where scholars work with faculty to solve societal challenges in Engineering, Applied Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Biosciences), Neuroscience, Cognition, or Unified Field Research.
Standard Research Requirements
To enter as a research-ready scholar, candidates typically need:
- A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with a published Master’s Thesis.
- A verified ORCID number.
- Within the last 10 years: 6 DOI papers, 15+ non-DOI articles, or 2 books in current print.
New Pathways for Recent Graduates & Emerging Researchers
We have introduced two flexible pathways for those who do not meet the standard publication history:
- Recent Graduate Waiver: If you have obtained your Master’s degree and published your thesis within the last 24 months, the standard publication requirements (6 DOI papers, etc.) are waived.
- Conditional Admission Contract: Candidates who do not meet the publication requirements may still be admitted to the University under contract. Under this agreement, the candidate must publish 6 DOI articles via Academia.edu prior to beginning their formal doctoral research. Candidates have six months (or until the next enrollment cycle) to complete this requirement.
